Order Policy

If a customer orders the medicine that is not available at the store it will be delivered or we will make it available in the store at next day evening.
If the cost of the single medicine is above the amount of 1500 INR 40% of the order of medicine will be paid in advance.
I the special order is made by the customer and after the order is confirmed by the distributor, the order will not be canceled.
The special order on demand can be fulfilled on the same day if the order is confirmed before 1 pm in noon.
If the payment mode is UPI @ the time of delivery it should be done in advance.

Payment Policy

Delivery Policy

Make ensure that the item the customer is receiving is the same as what was ordered.
If the item is available at the store it will be delivered in in an hour.
At the time of order please tell the mode of payment.

Return Policy

medicine will be returned in the next 15 days from the purchase date.
For the return of medicines bill of purchase is mandatory it is acceptable in hard or soft copy
medicine will not be returned if it’s a single unit is used from the pack
cutting medicine will not be returned.
medicine will return in the same condition as it was purchased, if the packaging is destroyed it will not be returned.
